Take this journey with me, I've lived with anxiety and (from what I'm told) depression for the greater part of my life. I've always been opposed to taking medication, it kinds freaks me out and I've seen family members go through some very hard times with addiction and dependence on pills and medication; a lot that are also used in the treatment of anxiety and depression. I've finally decided to seek help via medication - so I was prescribed Fluoxetine (synthetic Prozac)

Currently these videos are being recorded from a cellphone, so I have to keep them short. But I hope to get into further detail and elaborate more on my experiences as time goes on.

So take this path with me, hopefully on the road to living a normal, panic free life.
